Third-Party Services

UITest uses select third-party services to facilitate various aspects of our operations. These services are carefully selected to ensure they maintain appropriate privacy and security standards.

Trusted Service Providers

Payment Processing
We use Paddle to process payments. When you make a purchase, your payment information is provided directly to Paddle and is not stored on our servers.
Website Analytics
We use Umami Analytics to collect privacy-focused analytics about how our website is used. Umami processes your IP address to determine country-level location and network information, but discards the original IP address. It uses daily-rotating hashes for session identification and does not track users across websites.
These third-party services have their own privacy policies and terms of service. We recommend reviewing these documents to understand how they handle your information. We carefully select partners who maintain high privacy and security standards aligned with our commitment to protecting your data.
7

Analytics and Tracking

We use Umami Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to understand how visitors interact with our website. This helps us improve our service and website experience.

Data Processed by Analytics
Umami processes (but does not permanently store) your IP address to determine:
  • Country-level location (e.g., "United States", "Germany")
  • Network provider information for analytical purposes
  • An anonymized session identifier using daily-rotating hashes

Your original IP address is discarded after this processing. We also collect basic usage data such as pages visited, browser type, and time spent on the site. This data cannot be used to personally identify you.

Unlike many websites, we've chosen Umami specifically because it respects user privacy. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't track users across websites, and uses daily-rotating anonymization to protect your privacy. All data collected is used solely to improve our service.
